How to create a Form and add it to your website (Version 4)

Login to Version 4

On the menu on the left Click Forms

Here you have the ability to Create a New form, Edit and existing one, or Delete a Form.

Once you have Chose Create New Form you will need to name the form and give the form a Title.

You will need to select and Audience this form will send the new subscribers to.

You can add intro Text below this.

Finally select the fields you want to show you in your form.

After this, choose Save.

When you return to the forms screen you will see 3 tabs below.

Preview | Subscribers | Form Code

Choose form code and select from 1 of the 3 option available.

3. HTML

Copy the code and paste into your website.

You can manipulate the design of the generated code within your website.

To view subscribers from this form you can select Subscribers tab.
