How do I customize my email so that i can have a persons first name show up?
First requirement is that when you did an import you imported the first name of the subscriber. If you have done that already then follow these steps:
- Login to your panel
- Go to Messages
- Select the message you want to customize by double cliking or choosing edit.
- In the Editor Tool bar you will see Recipient Details.
- Place your cursor where you want to add the Recipient First Name then go to the tool bar and select this and it will enter the code for you.
- Save your message and you are done.
