You may see this message "Account over the sending limit"
This will happen if you have exceeded your monthly sending limit. If you purchase for example 10,000 sends and you hav reached that limit you will then see that message and in order to send again you will need to purchase more credits.
When else would you see this message?
If you signed up for a monthly account that has a monthly sending limit and you have reached that limit it will show this message. To continue sending you would need to renew your account on that date to start your mailing calendar all over again. This will restart your sending limit.
Finally, If you signed up for a unlimited sending account and oyu have violated the terms based on high complaints or high hard bounces you will be moved from an unlimited account to a limited account.

Anyone who exceeds .20% complaints and 4% hard bounce will no longer qualify for
unlimited sends. To qualify to stay sending unlimited you must stay below .2% complaints and 4% hard bounce. You will need to clean up your complaints or your account ultimately will be disabled.
