You can close your Emercury account permanently by clicking 'Preferences' and selecting 'Cancel My Account'.
You will be prompted if you wish to continue closing your account.
Here are the things you must need to know when deciding to close your account.
- 1. If you close your account it is disabled immediately and all your information are removed from our database. If you wish to have your account restored this can only be done within 30 days upon request. After this its deleted.
- 2. If you cancel by mistake we can restore within 30 days of cancellation.
- 3. You cannot access any part of the account like the Dashboard, Campaigns and LISTS.
- 4. If you plan to cancel after the due date, you are not refunded and prorated.
