Emercury Email Marketing manager has launched a feature called 'Autopopulate'. This is where you can tell Emercury to Autopopulate a list based on criteria of hard bounce, unsubscribed, clicks, complaints, opens and also send you an email each day at a certain time to a certain address. You can select the time frame and also the list name, you can choose execute after save to run it the first time on save then it will run daily at the execution time. To enable this new feature click the 'LIST' and select 'Autopopulate' to continue.
To add Autopopulate, click the 'NEW' button to continue.
In this page, you may need to input the required fields (*).
Name (*) - Put any name for your Autopopulate feature, this is an identifier when you check the list of your Autopopulate.
List name(*) - Selecting the list on Autopopulate page allows you choose the list for emails to be added. You can type a new list name and it will be created automatically. Note : This is not the list that action comes from. This is the list where results are stored.
All Dates - In this case Autopopulate will be run each day until you delete it.
Selecting date range From and To - Autopopulate will be run once per day during this period at a time selected in "Execution Time" parameter.
Fields to select - You can select a list based on criteria of hard bounce, unsubscribed, clicks, complaints, opens.
If you select "clicks" in Autopopulate, then all users from all Lists will be added to Autopopulate list if they made a click on some day so this functionality allows you to create separate list of all openers, clickers, hard bounce, unsubscribed and complaints from all your existent lists and update this on a daily basis.
Options - HTML Report to E-Mail. Selecting this option a report will be sent to your email in an HTML format.
Sent report to following email - Enter your email address of which you want to receive the report.
Execution Time(*) - Execution time is when AP will be run each day. and clients will get their reports at this time.
Execute After Save - You can put a check mark in the box if you wish to execute the config after hitting save.
