Activity Setup


Tracking customer activity will allow you to receive more information about the interests of your recipients.
For example: you can place, in your campaign message, three links on your different products and look at click statistics helping you assess which products interest your customers or potential customers more. To turn on the track customer activity you need check the 'Track Individual Customer Activity' box in the campaign properties.

You can get access to this area in two ways:

    Find in the tree - to the left - wanted campaign, open it and click the Email Links item.
    Click Campaigns tab then select wanted campaign in the table, click right button of the mouse, select 'Tracking Customer Activity Setup' item and click left button of the mouse.

There you will see the table with url(s) which the system found in the campaign email message. To turn on the track clicks statistic, by url, check the box in the Active column and wait to see the system message. To turn off the track clicks statistic do the same.

You can find all the statistics by clicks in the Reports area. Also in the Reports area you can get a list of subscribers who clicked on the url(s) and the number of clicks completed by each subscriber.
