How to export complaints?



To export complaints, simply access the reporting page by clicking the 'REPORTING' tab in the menu bar.
Note: You can only export  complaints from Reporting page for a particular task or report.



In the reporting center page, double click the report id you want to access.



In the report details, click the 'COMPLAINTS' tab and select 'export report details'.



This screen pops up, select Additional fields to export (optional) and choose your delimeter between fields and click 'EXPORT' to continue.



Click 'Save File' and hit 'OK' then open your complaints exported file.



Filter by dates

In the Report Details you can export complaints based on filter by dates. To do that click 'COMPLAINTS'. In the filter by sent date from select your desired dates and hit 'SHOW' to continue.

In this eample we select 11/01/2013-11/30/2013.



Click 'export report details'  hit 'EXPORT" and open your complaints exported file.
