Message Wizard

 

Click Campaigns tab, then click 'Create Campaign' tab and do the following step-by-step.

 

Step 1: Create

Enter campaign settings. The description of the fields you can find in 'Campaigns: Creating Campaigns'.
After you finished click Next button.

 

Step 2: Email Content Type

Select what email content you want to use. You can use your own html/text code or use our well-designed templates.
After you finished click Next button.

 

Step 3: Edit Email Content

If you have selected using own html/text code then you must enter the html code and click the Save button then click the 'Edit Text Message' button and enter text and click Save.
If you have selected one of our templates you can replace the text and images in it.
For checking if it is a Spam click 'Anti-Spam Check' button.
For a preview click the Preview button. In preview mode you can send an email message to your test emails.
After you finished click Next button.

 

Step 4: Customer Activity Setup

If you have checked the 'Track Individual Customer Activity' field then you will see this step. You need check the url(s) that you want clicks statistics for.
After you finished click Next button.

 

Step 5: Audience

On this step you must select an audience you want to make a delivery to or create audience and select it.
After you finished click Next button.

 

Step 6: Import Contact

If you do not have any contacts yet, you can import them here. Look at examples of file format.
After you finished click Next button.

 

Step 7: Schedule of Delivery

On this step you can send a campaign after you click the Finish button or you can setup the delivery for a specific day or setup sending the campaign to recur each week or month.
After you finished click Finish button.

 

After you have finished the Campaign Wizard system will load the report or campaigns area, depending what you have chose in the Step 7.
