Why when i try to import it says select another audience?



Problem:

I am trying to import and i get an error message that says "Select another Audience"

Step 1 : Make sure that you are having all the Optin information in the File.

Step 2 : If there was a long period of inactivity the system will log you out for security purposes. If you are logged out, you cant import or save or do any functions that require the database.

***This method is followed mainly for the security purpose to ensure the security of your database***

Resolution:

To check if you are logged out Refresh your page. If you see a login screen then this verifies you have been logged out. Log back in and try to import again. This shoudl fix your issue.
