Why do my fonts look different from preview to my inbox?

When you are in the HTML editor and you paste your code or you type in the editor you msut remember what you see is the default font of the editor. However the default font if not set on the edirot using the "Font" drop down is set to Times New Roman".

How can you check to see if you have a font set?

Put your mouse on a word and click on it. Look at the tool bar above where the "Font" drop down is. If it still says "Font" then you dont have a dont set and it will use the default font. If it has a font set this box will change from the word "Font" to the actual font you are using.

If it still says font you can highlight the words you want to change the font for and then click the drop down and select the font of your choice. Once this is done make sure you save. If you dont save it will still use the default dont.

If it is not saving then most likely in the above pane you missed one field that is required for save. Click here to read the article on why it may not be saving.
