The most common reason for the save not saving is because on the top part of your page "Message Details" you are missing a required field. All fields must be filled in, in order to save.
Press save and look at which field has a red outline around it. This is the field that is missing data. Fill this in and try to save again.
The second most common reason for the save not saving is because you have been logged out of the system or you have lost network connection. To test this theory in another window open up the Emercury panel and see if it logs in right away. If it does not then you have been logged out. Try logging in in the new window, then go back to the old window and try saving again. This should enable the disconnected session allowing you to save.
