Fix: Those who wish to use Chrome without lagging - uninstall Adobe Flash Plugin from your Mac (use Flash integrated into Chrome) and everything works. It is evident that Adobe Flash is conflicting with Integrated Plugin of Chrome. (Disabling it did help)
