At this time there are 3 various places you should utilize this particular List Hygiene Feature.
Clean Feature - Click 'LISTS' then select the list you wanted to be cleaned and hit 'clean+verify'.
Then it will tell you how much it would cost. If you want to pay for the service click 'Yes' otherwise you may click 'NO'.
If you choose Yes, then it will bring you to a billing page and you will have to make a payment by clicking 'PAY NOW'. At this point the system will then clean it and mark the email addresses that are no good.
Import process - In the LIST MANAGEMENT area, select a list then click 'add'.
Click 'IMPORT' then select 'CLEAN VERIFY & IMPORT' then choose the list name that you wanted to send to. In order to proceed you must Agree to Emercury Terms & Anti-Spam Policies then upload your list. What happen nexts is that it will go the to the billing page and how much would it cost. Once it has been imported and cleaned, you will receive an email that your list has been cleaned and you can now use it. Email goes to the account holder in the account.
To view your LIST HYGIENE HISTORY click 'LISTS' then select 'LIST HYGIENE HISTORY' Here it will show the date the list was cleaned, billing ID and other information.
View list - If you are viewing a particular list in your LIST MANAGEMENT area a new column has been added called 'Hygiene + Verify'. If the box has a checkmark what it means is that the email address will not be mailed/filtered out. If address was marked as "Cleaned", but you still want to send email to it, you can just remove checkbox from this recipient.
