To create a new campaign using the Predesigned Templates, click 'Campaigns', 'Email Campaigns' and select 'New Campaign'.
Select Pre-designed Templates to continue.
The system will ask you to choose a template category. Click the lens to zoom in the template or click 'SELECT'. In this example we selected Holidays > Generic Holiday Template.
Enter a descriptive name for your campaign and then click 'Create' to continue.
You will see 'Campaign successfully created'. By default you will see this screen. You can edit the template by simply clicking icons highlighted in red located on the top right of every cell. Each cell has these icons. To edit your message click the 'Folder' icon. To remove a block click the 'Trash' icon. To move a block click the 'Cross' icon.
To duplicate cell click the '+' sign, to resize cell click the two way '<-->' arrows.
Editing Content - Here you can customize text and when done hit 'APPLY' to save. Always click 'SAVE CAMPAIGN' so you don't lose any of your updates.
Undo & Redo - Undo erases the last change done reverting it to an older state. The redo reverses the undo. When you are done click the 'Next' button to continue to the next step.
DRAG & DROP Basic Blocks
Select block(s) then drag and drop and position it to the cell to customize.
DRAG & DROP Social Sharing
Select social sharing then drag and drop and position it to the cell.
You can check the history of the changes you made in your template. To check click the arrow.
This is the complete tree structure of your template that includes blocks, images, text and many others.
Insert an image
To insert an image click the 'Edit image' icon.
Insert image through the following:
- Image Manager- Select the image in your image manager.
- Drag from PC - Drag the image from your computer to the Designer.
- Use Image URL - Enter your image URL.
You can click 'Insert Image' if the photos are saved in your images manager, drag and drop images from PC or you can enter the url of the image where you saved it and hit 'APPLY' to save. Click 'SAVE CAMPAIGN' to make sure you dont lose any of your updates. When you are done click the 'Next' button to continue to the next step.
If photos are saved in your images manager, select the photo you want to use by highlighting it and clicking the 'Insert Selected' button. After selecting the image, click the 'APPLY' button so the photo will appear in the template.
After you are done customizing your template you will see the below options in Step 2. Fill out the required fields and click 'Next' to continue.
Select the list you want to send your email campaign to and then hit 'NEXT' to continue.
You will see 'Campaign successfully saved' when you reach the last step. On this step you can send yourself a test or schedule the delivery for a future time or even send now if you are ready to send.
