In the main menu click 'Campaigns', select 'Email Campaigns'. Click the 'New Campaign' button to continue.
Choose the option 'Use the HTML editor'. Other option is inapplicable for this feature.
After clicking 'Use the HTML Editor' you will see this pop up and you have to create a name for your campaign and click 'Create' to continue.
Clicking the 'create' button displays "Campaign successfully created". Below you will see the HTML editor.
You can compose the content of your campaign. As an example below you will see "Here is the link "
Highlight the word you want , in the example below I will highlight LINK. From the dropdown "Subcribe to List" select list that you want recipients subscribe to. You can do it using Single or Double optin options. (LINK will turn blue) You may click 'Preview Email ' or you may click 'NEXT' to continue
What is Single optin? is when user subscribes to some list right away, either through this new link that we have added or submitting the Subscribe form. A Double optin is when user first click the link or submit Subscribe form, then get email where he confirms that he actually want to be subscribed and only then he is added to List
This will display after you are done composing your email campaign and you have to provide information required (red rectangle) You may want also to click 'Edit Advanced Options' for more tracking features. You may click 'Next' to continue.
You will see this page asking you to select which of your List will receive this email campaign. Just put a check mark on your desired Lists and you may click 'Next' to continue.
Clicking 'Next' will show you "Campaign successfully saved" on top of your page. Double check the information before you click 'Send Now'.
The system will ask you, if you're good then you may click 'YES' otherwise you may click 'NO'
You may want to check your Report Center to know the status of your campaign by clicking on the link 'Report Center'. If a user clicks on the hyperlink you created in the campaign it will automatically added to your list. User will see " Your email address successfully added to subscription list" if this is a Single Optin. but if this is a Double Optin, it will say that "You have got email and should click link there in order to be added to subscription list."
