Click on the reporting on the upper right hand corner of the page.
Reporting Center page shows up and you can filter by date from. Just select the specific date from and date to and click on the "show" button.
Then the system will provide you the search result and you have to select the desired report ID by putting a check mark on it. Then you can select one or more report ID base on what you needed.
Once you select a particular ID , click on Action on the upper right hand and select create segment from reports. Note: If there is more than 1 page, expand the selection to make sure you get all the reports.
We only need to create new segment. Leave select list as is. You can name your segment to anything you wanted. For the description field it is optional. Select the report condition of your choice and click on the "Create" button to continue.
Success means they were successfully emailed.
Soft means the email exists but for some reason or another it could nto be delivered at this time.
Hard means mailbox doesn't exist.
Compaints means they complained about this email. marked as spam.
Opened means they opened the email.
Clicked means they clicked a URL in the email.
Forwarded means the forwarded address that it was sent to.
Unsubscribed means the email addresses that unsubscribed.
After clicking CREATE you will see a prompt message on your screen "Segment has been created successfully" and you will see the "Test (segment) see below.
To view the list click on view list and you will see these helpful information under list management. You will see the number of subscribers Test (segment) active subscribers, hard bounces and unsubscribes. Below the page, user will see the complete information as shown in the screenshot.
