To resend the soft bounced test email campaign, on the REPORT CENTER page, select the test email campaign that you want to resend to the contacts from which it is soft bounced earlier.
Click 'ACTIONS' and hit 'RESEND SOFTS'.
On the confirmation dialog box, click the 'YES, RESEND' button. Emercury Email Marketing Manager starts sending the test email campaign to the contacts.
Note: For the test email campaign, the STATUS column displays the yellow color circle ( ) indicating that Emercury Email Marketing Manager is resending the test email campaign.
