When you send an email campaign to a list of contacts, it is possible that the email address of some of the contacts may be wrong or the email address is restricted to receive such email campaigns. In such case, the email campaign that you send from Emercury Email Marketing Manager is bounced back to Emercury Email Marketing Manager. You can view all the email addresses from which the email campaign is bounced back. To view the bounced email addresses, on the main menu bar of the Emercury Email Marketing Manager, click 'LISTS' and select 'BOUNCED'.
The browser displays the LIST MANAGEMENT page to view the bounced email addresses.
