After you create an email campaign, you can either send that email campaign immediately or schedule the delivery of that email campaign at a particular date and time. To schedule the delivery of an email campaign, in the Emercury Email Marketing Manager, click the 'CAMPAIGNS' menu and select 'EMAIL CAMPAIGNS'.
In the list of email campaign, click the email campaign that you want to send at a particular date and time.
Click 'CAMPAIGN ACTIONS' and select 'EDIT CAMPAIGN'.
Check the email campaign settings and click the 'Next' button till you open the Step 4 page. On the Step 4 page, click the 'SCHEDULE DELIVERY' button. The browser displays the SCHEDULE YOUR EMAIL’S DEPLOYMENT dialog box. Click the Select 'Date' drop-down list and select the date on which you want to deliver the email campaign. Click the 'Select Time' drop-down list and select the time at which you want to deliver the email campaign. Click the 'Timezone' drop-down list and select the time zone in which you want to deliver the email campaign. Click the 'SCHEDULE' button to complete the scheduled delivery of the email campaign.
