You can edit the test campaign group to send a test email campaign before sending the email campaign to actual users.
To edit a test campaign group, in the Emercury Email Marketing Manager, click the 'CAMPAIGNS' menu and select 'EMAIL CAMPAIGNS'.
Click 'SEND TEST' and select 'EDIT TEST GROUP'.
The browser displays the WHERE SHOULD WE SEND THE TEST dialog box with the list of contacts available in the test group.
Click the 'Add link' to add the contacts in the test group.The browser displays the SAVE TEST CONTACT dialog box.
a. In the E-mail field, enter the email address of the contact to which you want to send the test campaign.
b. Enter the appropriate values in other fields.
c. Click the 'SAVE' button.
The browser displays the WHERE SHOULD WE SEND THE TEST dialog box with the email address that you enter.
(Optional) Click the 'Add link' again to add multiple contacts or click the Delete link to delete the contacts from the test group. After you complete adding and deleting the contacts, select the check box for the email address to which you want to send the test email campaign and click 'SAVE' AND 'SEND' button to save the email address in the test email campaign send the test email campaign to the selected contact. or click 'OK' to save the selected email address in the test email campaign and send the test email campaign later.
